Biopsies digestives mini-invasive ➡️ développement d’une nouvelle technique au CHV. 🔎 Les biopsies digestives sont réalisées pour de multiples indications et peuvent être réalisées par 2 techniques différentes. 👉 Par voie endoscopique : dans ce cas seule la superficie de l’estomac/intestin proximal est prélevée ce qui peut fausser le diagnostic lorsque la lésion concerne les couches plus profondes (cas de la MICI et du lymphome par exemple). 👉 Par voie chirurgicale : celle-ci permet le prélèvement de toute l’épaisseur de l’intestin. Une nouvelle technique mini-invasive est en cours de développement au CHV, il s'agit de biopsies digestives par laparoscopie. Ces biopsies sont réalisées sous contrôle de la caméra 🎥 et permettent de s'affranchir de la nécessité de suture digestive. Cela est moins douloureux pour l’animal et nécessite une courte période d’hospitalisation, à l’inverse des techniques ouvertes.
