[FR][PRESSE] 🌍 Depuis son lancement en 2015, l’Union des marchés de capitaux (UMC) peine à atteindre ses objectifs, mettant en péril la compétitivité financière de l'Europe. 📌 Dans une tribune publiée sur Forbes, Véronique Ormezzano, présidente du Cercle de la Régulation et de la Supervision Financière (CRSF), et Benoit RANINI, président de TNP, soulignent l'urgence de revitaliser le marché financier européen.   Les auteurs proposent trois axes d'amélioration pour restaurer la souveraineté financière de l'Europe : 🚀 Réformer le cadre réglementaire de la titrisation. 🚀 Créer des instruments paneuropéens pour canaliser l’épargne vers des financements à long terme. 🚀 Réformer la gouvernance de l’Autorité Européenne des Marchés Financiers.   🤝 La France et l’Allemagne doivent prendre les devants pour concrétiser le marché unique du financement et rendre les financements plus accessibles.
