It’s been nearly two months since I stepped into the role of Chief Marketing Officer at EcoVadis, and the journey has been both exhilarating and enriching. From diving deep into our products and industry to participating in Climate Week in New York City and meeting our teams in New York, Paris, and Toronto, it has been a whirlwind of discovery and engagement. I am especially impressed by our warm, supportive culture and the strong sense of mission that drives our team. The executive team brings a wealth of experience while remaining curious and open to fresh perspectives—an exceptional quality that’s hard to find. It's no wonder then that even after three full days of quarterly business reviews and a week in Paris, I left feeling more inspired than ever. Our organization is growing at an impressive pace while maintaining a steadfast focus on our customers. It's not surprising that many Fortune 500 companies place their trust in us to help achieve their sustainability goals. I am deeply grateful to our founders Pierre-Francois Thaler and @frederictrinel for this opportunity, to the General Atlantic team Claire Hogg, Anthony Cenzano for the introduction, and to our CPO, Laurianne Le Chalony, for an exceptional hiring experience. I also want to thank my mentors and peers—Bob Bennett, Scott Wagner, Justin Tsai, Andrew Low Ah Kee, Cameron Scott, Theresa Geraghty, Jason Jhonson, @EricMoyer, Wei Kuan Lum , Ashish Sharma, Josh S., and Evelyn Borgatta—for their unwavering support. I’m excited to celebrate my three-year anniversary at EcoVadis This milestone is special to me, not only because it marks my longest tenure at a company, but also because it has been a transformative journey—both in terms of career growth and personal development. When I first interviewed for the role, I was a bit skeptical. I was keen to continue in Test Automation and was unsure about shifting to a QA position. Plus, the four-stage interview process felt overwhelming at the time. However, I’m grateful that I was wrong. Each stage was handled professionally and with kindness, and I quickly realized the role was much more technical and closely aligned with Test Automation than I had initially thought. Over the past three years, I’ve grown tremendously. I was promoted to Senior QA and recently transitioned fully to Senior Test Automation Engineer—a path I’ve been passionate about since day one. It means a lot to have advocated for automation and see it come to fruition. I consider myself fortunate to work at a company where my skills are recognized and nurtured. The support I’ve received from my managers (especially Darek Bienko and Marcin Tul) colleagues, and the company’s collaborative structure has been invaluable. I’m deeply thankful to be part of this incredible team and excited for what’s to come!
