Killing Ortega
After meeting Trevor, and seeing what he is capable of, he jumps in his truck and races off to take care of the Lost MC. One of his stops on his mission to put the biker gang out of commission is Ortega. He rams his truck into the trailer, driving it into the river, and proceeds to shoot Ortega, leaving him dead in the water. This mission perfectly showcases the true psychopathic nature of Trevor Philips.
