The all-new PlayStation Plus is officially available worldwide, whether it’s North and South America, Europe, Asia or India. It’s had its fair share of hiccups though. In non-PAL regions, PlayStation One titles in the Premium/Deluxe tier were reported as running at 50 Hz. Fortunately, NTSC options are inbound.

The PlayStation Europe Twitter said, “We’re planning to roll out NTSC options for a majority of classic games offered on the PlayStation Plus Premium and Deluxe plan in Asia, Europe, Middle East, India, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand regions.”

The keyword here is “majority” – the change may not affect all classic titles. Stay tuned for more details on which ones will receive an NTSC option.

The revamped PlayStation Plus features three subscription tiers. Essential is the base membership, available for $10 per month and functioning like the service did before. Extra costs $15 per month and provides access to more monthly games and a catalogue of PS4 and PS5 games. Premium/Deluxe is $18 per month and includes game streaming via the cloud (depending on your region); access to PS One, PS2, PS3, and PSP titles; and time-limited game trials.
