Ubisoft’s second free update for Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is out now and adds the long-awaited option to rematch bosses in Boss Revenge. You can face them on multiple difficulty levels, with your best time recorded. Alternatively, there’s still Boss Rush, where Sargon faces each boss, one after another.

An option to adjust loadouts is available between fights, but it’s still a battle of endurance. Succeed, and you’ll unlock two new outfits, including one based on Prince of Persia (2008). As for the base game, a new fast travel method has been added, allowing quicker traversal around Mount Qaf.

The next update arrives in Summer and adds Divine Trials for new challenges. There will also be new amulets and outfits for Sargon. Story DLC is also in the works, planned for launch later this year. Ubisoft may reveal more details on either or both on June 10th at Ubisoft Forward, so stay tuned.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is available now on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, Xbox One, PS4, PC and Nintendo Switch. Check out our review.
