Red Dead Redemption 2 Looks Stunning In These New Screenshots

Rockstar is also promising more information about the game later this Summer.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is now, predictably enough, officially delayed into next year, but Rockstar tried to soothe the pain of that announcement somewhat by sharing some brand new screenshots of the game with us. The screenshots showcase environments, characters, models, and more, and actually look so amazing and so stunning that they just make the delay smart that much more.

You can check out all of these new screenshots for yourself below. Look at them and tell me that they make you feel any better about the delay. You can’t, because they don’t.

That said, Rockstar Games has also promised that it will be sharing more information about the game this Summer – hopefully a trailer soon, maybe at E3 next month? – so we shouldn’t have long to wait until we get something more substantial to go by now. Red Dead Redemption 2 is due out on PS4 and Xbox One Spring 2018.
