The Role
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to client issues, escalating as necessary.
Log bugs accurately in our work tracking system and assist in their resolution.
Participate in the documentation and testing of new software releases.
Manage client requests from inception to resolution, maintaining clear communication throughout.
Depending on ability, contribute to the development of new features.

Ideal Profile
Qualifications
High digital literacy and a proactive approach to communication.
Basic proficiency in JavaScript and understanding of relational databases.
