Preparation of safe work Method Statements (SWMS). 3. Preparation of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA). 4. Leading or assisting in incident investigation to find out the immediate and the root causes. 5. Coordination and preparation of personnel pack for induction. 6. Ensuring good PPE compliance on site. 7. Carrying out of safety audit to ensure compliance. 8. Monitoring MSDS register to ensure compliance on-site and with project requirements. 9. Assisting with the compilation of HSE statistics for weekly reporting. 10. Undertaking a continual review of contractor site safety procedures and liaising with the project manager to implement changes if and when it is deemed appropriate. 11. Conducting toolbox meetings. 12. Conducts safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments. 13. Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training. QUALIFICATIONS Must have a first degree. Must have safety certifications such as NEBOSH OSHAS.
