Today, our Girls U13 team took on the Boys U10 team in an exciting match! The boys clinched the win with a score of 2-1, but it was all about fun and fierce competition. The older girls focused on enhancing their defense and attacking skills, showing amazing determination! 👏💪 Playing soccer helps young girls build cardiovascular endurance, strength, speed, agility, and coordination.
