fuz_extractor, this will extract and create fuz files

my own custom version of the fuz extractor, you could in thoery swap out the orginal with this one though i wouldn't recomended it
Usage Fuz_extractor.exe -e FUZ.fuz
Usage Fuz_extractor.exe -c xwm.xwm lip.lip FUZ.fuz
