Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Implement wf:actionExternalId el-function.

Why it's difficult
Dataproc does not provide an API to access an external identifier. In current implementation, single node can be related to many external identfiier.

Describe the solution you'd like
The implementation preserves the original el logic.
