Tiny update to output formatting

Fixed 1 bug, allowed multiple keys to be pressed while using a hotkey, added hotkey modifiers

Changelog:

• Fixed bug where slotNames would reset seemingly randomly causing a null exception spam
• Configured hotkeys can be used while pressing other keys at the same time
• Wrote custom setting handling to allow hotkeys+modifiers of a restricted set

Known Issues:

• Vanilla Subnautica hotkeys still override custom ones (eg 4 to select slot 4 overrides Shift+4 to select slot N)
