Fixes #1931
This pull request proposes the following changes:

  • Save position of the Debug Windows. You no longer need to move and resize the windows after restarting
  • Add Option to Open debug windows on startup.

  • No longer open another window when the window is already opened and instead bring it in foreground.
  • Add Open Debug windows to the contextmenu of the settings icon. To Fix Keyboard Bitmap View #1931

Known issues/To do:

  • Fix Typo in contextmenu window/Window

Ideas/Opinions wanted:

  • Also add Show Log folder to context menu
