A quick patch to add MCM support and to update the plugins to get them to work on Bethesda.net.

WARNING: This version is not compatible with older releases. The plugins are named differently.

Includes a hotfix for release 1.1. The ba2 archives were misnamed in the original re-release, causing crashing since none of the scripts were loading. Delete the old AmmoTweaks - Main and AmmoTweaks - Textures ba2 files if updating from version 1.1.
