Η Biomedcode προσλαμβάνει προσωπικό ΤΕ με ειδικότητα Τεχνολόγος Ζώων Εργαστηρίου για να συμπληρώσει την ομάδα της. Τα επιθυμητά προσόντα των υποψηφίων περιλαμβάνουν: 1. Πτυχίο ειδικότητας τεχνολόγου ζωικής παραγωγής ή τεχνολόγου ιατρικών και βιολογικών εργαστηρίων ή άλλου ισότιμου τίτλου τεχνολογικής εκπαίδευσης της ημεδαπής ή αλλοδαπής. 2. Εκπαίδευση στον χειρισμό και στη διαχείριση ζώων εργαστηρίου. 3. Εμπειρία στον χειρισμό ζώων. 4. Γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας. 5. Εμπειρία στη χρήση προγραμμάτων Microsoft Office, Web browsers και ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου. Πρόκειται για θέση πλήρους απασχόλησης που αφορά τη φροντίδα, αναπαραγωγή και χειρισμό ζώων εργαστηρίου (mus musculus) και τη συμμετοχή σε εργαστηριακές δοκιμές. Οι αρμοδιότητες μπορεί να περιλαμβάνουν o Καθαρισμό και φροντίδα ζώων εργαστηρίου o Εφαρμογή προγραμμάτων αναπαραγωγής o Βασικό χειρισμό και ταυτοποίηση ζώων εργαστηρίου o Συμμετοχή στο πρόγραμμα υγείας των ζώων εργαστηρίου o Καθαρισμό εξοπλισμού στέγασης, παροχή τροφής και νερού o Ενημέρωση αρχείων ζώων εργαστηρίου και λειτουργίας υποδομών o Απομόνωση DNA και PCR o Διαχείριση βαριών αντικειμένων (όπως συσκευασίες τροφής και στρωμνής βάρους 10-20 κιλών) Αποστολή βιογραφικού και συνοδευτικής επιστολής μπορεί να γίνει στο info@biomedcode.com

Excited to have contributed to this very interesting work from the lab of Professor George KOLLIAS, that explores the role of mir221/222 in arthritis.   The results of this work, authored by Fani Roumelioti et al. and published in eLife journal (https://lnkd.in/dg5dVHD8), show that mir221/222 exert a pathogenic role in arthritis through the downregulation of cell cycle inhibitors, the hyperproliferation of synovial fibroblasts and the subsequent development of synovial hyperplasia.  These findings suggest novel therapeutic approaches for treating RA as well as novel biomarkers for predicting disease outcomes. #arthritis, #RA, #hTNFTg, #therapy, #synovial, #fibroblasts, #biomarkers, #mousemodel, #preclinical, #CRO
