We are proud to announce that our very own Andreas Fotinakis, Director of DK Fotinakis, will be running as a candidate in the 2024 Piraeus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) elections, with the Chamber of Commerce Combination of the current President Vassilis Korkidis, in the manufacturing sector. Andreas Fotinakis holds a degree in Shipping Management and Economics from Schiller International University in London, where he graduated in 1993. Since 1997, he has successfully led his family’s business, DK Fotinakis - Ship Repairs and Shipbuilding Services, which was founded by his father in 1962 and has since been based in Greece’s largest port city, Piraeus. Through his candidacy, Andreas Fotinakis aims to support the further development of Piraeus, a port city directly linked to the maritime industry. Ο Ανδρέας Φωτεινάκης είναι απόφοιτος του Schiller International University στο Λονδίνο, απ’ όπου αποφοίτησε το 1993 με πτυχίο στη Ναυτιλιακή Διοίκηση και Οικονομικά. Από το 1997, ηγείται της οικογενειακής επιχείρησης DK Fotinakis - Ship Repairs and Shipbuilding Services, η οποία ιδρύθηκε από τον πατέρα του το 1962 και εδρεύει έκτοτε στη μεγαλύτερη λιμενική πόλη της Ελλάδας, τον Πειραιά. Μέσω της υποψηφιότητάς του, ο Ανδρέας Φωτεινάκης στοχεύει να στηρίξει την περαιτέρω ανάπτυξη του Πειραιά, μιας πόλης-λιμάνι που συνδέεται άμεσα με τη ναυτιλιακή βιομηχανία.
