GY Shipyard Superyacht Refit is seeking a Naval Architect or Mechanical Engineer for the position of Junior Project Manager to oversee superyacht refits in a busy yard environmental. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, collaborating with yacht crews/managers, meeting strict deadlines, reporting, and using AutoCAD, Word, Excel. Requirements :1-3 years of experience, fluent English, and ability to work efficiently under pressure in a demanding environment. Yachting industry experience will be appreciated.
