Today's front page article on energypress.gr, regarding Metaxas & Associates Law Firm significant success before the Council of State in a landmark pilot trial. The Court issued Decision no. 1146/2024, which annulled the Transitional Security Supply Fee ("MTAE") imposed on photovoltaic (PV) energy producers. The Court accepted the argument that the fee’s differentiation coefficient was not properly aligned with legal criteria, impacting disproportionally independent photovoltaic (PV) energy producers.
