Musculoskeletal health workshops were recently held at OTE HQ in Athens, organized by our Health, Safety & Wellness Business Unit. The workshops were dedicated on the prevention and promotion of musculoskeletal health, open to all employees in the building. The program included theoretical training to increase awareness on musculoskeletal health issues and practical exercises to integrate into their daily lives and work settings, led by Professor Natassa (Anastasia) Beneka from Democritus University of Thrace. At this year’s Health & Safety Awards, OTE Group shined bright with 11 distinctions, including the prestigious "Well-being Champion of the Year"!✨ We were recognized for setting the example in preventive health and creating safe, supportive workspaces for our employees through our Health, Safety & Wellbeing Program. For the 5th consecutive year, we were honored with the🥇Gold distinction in the #Telecommunications category! Another highlight was the🥇Health & Wellbeing Space award, where OTE Estate transformed our OTE headquarters into state-of-the-art office spaces, fully adopting LEED & Well international standards, focusing on our peoples' good health promotion, wellness, flexibility and collaboration. COSMOTE Technical Services also received the🥈Crisis Response award for safely managing the impact it faced during the Thessaly floods in 2023. Housed in modern offices in Volos, designed and implemented by OTE Estate, the Hub’s team will grow by the year’s end, providing internships and career opportunities for young IT talent.
