Just completed the interior design of my latest French Country House concept, the "Cottage Beaumont". The concept applies to people who spend most of their week in the city, and would love to have a new country house but not completely traditional. Not completely traditional because while they want to spend their weekends in the countryside, they are also aware that the contrast between living in a modern house/flat in the city and spending their weekends in a completely traditional house could overwhelm them. It's for people who love the French Country house style, but also desire elements of modern design like modern sofas & armchairs, laminate panelling floor and metalic pendant lamps. It's for people who love aesthetics in the design, value the energy-efficient construction systems, and even desire the addition of AI-smart home integration for a more modern style of life. It's for people who desire a traditional garden surrounded by lush landscape, but they are also interested in modern design features like towers, where they can ascend the spiral ladder and within seconds to experience quiet moments while reading their beloved book. It's for people who love natural materials like stone and wood, and understand why these minimally processed materials "feel like home". They know that according to Feng-Shui, such materials contain more of the "high frequency of the earth". The concept is available to anyone who wants to build it anywhere in the world. Yesterday evening I enjoyed my time designing a new concept, and it's all about a French Cottage house. The design, considering as focal point the entrance, is identical from both sides. I included in the design 2 twin towers, that can be used as a small lounge in the ground floor, and as a resting/studying place in the top floor. The design maintains a lot of french country elements, while modern features "break the ice" of the core tradition, making it attractive to modern people who want to experience the rustic/country style of life but not "forgetting" completely the luxury of the city. Merging tradition with modern luxury in residential design is the highway to provide comfort for a client that desires a country house, but simultaneously is conditioned to the life of the city. Remember, our subconscious mind creates neural networks that contain brain cells, which contain information from all the moments of our life. So, a client who's conditioned to live in the city, has created strong neural network related to the city life, and getting a house which is completely traditional can unconsciously make them feel insecure and not comfortable...and they could not explain why. So, we re-condition the client's mind by giving them the traditional/country effect the desire, but also feeding the design with elements of the city to help the client progressively adapt to a new style of living...that they desire. This is a very known method of creating new behavioral patterns and adapting to a new style of life and it's called "gradual exposition", as explained in the cognitive behavioural psychology. These are my newest Gothic-Baroque-Neoclassical style villas and mansions concepts. My design process initiates always with a real reference building, that could vary from a church, a theatre building, a parliament etc. I always design a raw floor plan on hand, and I find it convenient because my hands are part of the vessel that my creativity flows. Next step is modeling these concepts on ArchiCAD 3D CAD software and rendering them with advanced visualization techniques to take this captivating presentation quality. These concepts can adapt to many locations, but because of the height of these spires and domes, in some locations a good study is required as they can be included as decorative design elements (ornaments), non-structural part, non-habitable, and especially if they're made of light-weight materials like metal. So, after research I found that many locations around the world, including various zones, allow these house heights - which actually doesn't exceed the 15m in total - and others can include it as decorative ornaments, usually with a special construction permit. This type of "cosmic" design can be what the elite real estate market was expecting, but was not aware of, because of the next-level of aesthetics, and because change is always supported, despite the considerations of part of the market. The first people who'll see through my vision, will be the ones who'll bring innovation and change in the real estate market, marking a new business signature, reputation and of course a next-level of profit. This is "Villa Mona Lisa", my new French Countryside residential design concept. If you notice carefully, the ivy plants, ceramic pots and other flowers and plants, blend very well with the landscape. But could this happen so naturally with a minimalist house? I could say yes, but not in the degree that a Countryside design style achieves...so let me share the why. Villa Mona Lisa is a stone-made house, with rustic interior design, means it's basic and dominant materials and finishes are the natural stone and the rustic wood. These materials are minimally processed, containing more "earth". The earth is what we call nature, and when we hear about nature we resemble it with "escape from the city", "retreat", "relaxing weekend", and "calmness". All experiences that evoke more love and more harmony. That's why such design, with such materials can blend very naturally with the vegetation and other plants. It's the nature, in the form of a house, that blends with other parts of the nature, in the form of plants, trees etc. Minimalist design contains materials and finishes that are more processed, and while they evoke luxury, sometimes "too much" nature on them, creates an outcome that is not coherent. One final word is that when you see minimalist houses that have symmetrically placed hedges and bushes, well-cut and geometrically positioned grass, and pool feature with geometrical design, features that exude order, then a minimalist house can increase its beauty, because these houses are designed most likely with straight lines, and straight lines require order also in the landscape design. Could our houses, and more specifically the design of our houses contribute to the evolving of our humanity and our further spiritual advancement? The response is yes! Let me share with you something unique. The earth has its own frequency, called also "The Schumann's Resonance" and it's the state that vibrates naturally. Our earth, as a living element of the Universe, has its own chakras, called also as "ley lines". These lines are nothing more that points of the electromagnetic field of the earth that like with acupunture medicine, if activated they can release higher vibration, healing frequency. How to enable these points? With our architecture, of course. Using Sacred Geometry, which the geometry that governs the Universal order, using elements such as towers with spires that create a polished antenna for gathering spiritual downloads, domes that create a symponic acoustic environment that spreads evenly the sound and more.. Those design elements, including high-quality materials, can help create a high frequency energetic grid on the surface of our planet. This amplified, energetically grid can act like a healing and ascending loop between the living beings on Earth and the Earth Itself. We're currently ascending quickly and our architecture is adapting already with grand luxury villas and mansions that help us to further develop. Indeed, our houses are energetic portals to higher dimensions. This is "Villa Breslavia", a concept I was designing the last days. I got inspired to design it from the "Central Station of Wroclaw, in Poland (Dworzec Glowny we Wroclawie). It's a Baroque-Neoclassical style residence, spanning 782 sqm (8,420 sqft) accross 2 floors: 405 sqm the ground floor and 377 sqm the first. The main theme of the villa is the central point, where an opened indoor pool & garden is positioned, communicating vertically with the octagonal dome without interruption. The philosophy around it, is based on Feng-Shui design principle. The water element of the indoor pool combined with the biophilic addition of the indoor garden at the center of the villa, indicates that the "source of life" expands throughout the building like a wave or a Wi-Fi signal. Especially its circular design and the placement of a fountain at the center with running water, creates a continuous flow of life and financial opportunities. The water element is connected with the increase of opportunities in residential design and when placed strategically, like I did here, can create a resonance in the quantum field with prospetity. Reason behind it is of course science. The water element contains pure nature and the frequency of the Earth's energy grid. By incorporating natural elements in the interior of our home, we make sure that we're surrounded by the earth's frequency, which is pure abundance. That's why Feng-Shui design is not a "bazaar" type of designing. But it has base in the quantum physics science and the Creation Itself. Thanks for your support! This is the "Mansion Celestia", my new conceptual architectural design project. It's a gothic-style residence, and I drew inspiration to design it from the Hungarial Parliament, in Budapest. It spans 3,140 sqm (33,800 sqft) across 3 floors. I've attached rough floor plans for you to take a look at my design philosophy, so let me guide you to a sweet tour in this mansion. The main theme of the residence is the classical music stage with amphitheatric seats, which is positioned in the center of the mansion. Above this musical stage there're no structural components or built area, and on the top of it is designed an octagonal dome. This set-up creates a symphonic standards environment for the sound to flow smoothly and without echoes and noise through the house. In the ground floor we can find various indoor pool and indoor garden spots, incorporating biophilic and Feng-Shui design principles. The floor plans are designed using the Fibonacci sequence 3,5,8,13 for harmony and balance. 12 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, 2 master suites, private office rooms, and other facilities are abundantly placed across all the floors. The towers are designed to be used as observatory spots (telescope), outdoor and indoor dining places, mini bars and cafes. This style of luxury residential design is in alignment with the awakening progress our humanity undergoes, and aligns because it reflects next-level of aesthetics, abundance, order and harmony, and intricate details, all design elements that a spiritually and energetically civilization can value. This is the style I design and is representative to my growth as architectural designer and spiritually evolved human. This is the "Mansion Ikarus", a Neoclassical-Baroque style residence. I drew my inspiration to design from the "Cathedral of the Armed Forces" in Russia. The total net area is 1,445 sqm / 15,550 sqft and spans across the ground and first floor. Attached are the floor plan diagrams to roughly showcase my design philosophy. In the center of the ground floor I positioned a semi-opened indoor pool space with heated waters. Above the pool there're no structural components or an other built area and it communicates seamlessly with the octagonal dome. By this way, I've created the conditions for an etheric acoustic environment. The heated waters of the pool have the ability to smoothen the echoes and noise, and drive them upwards to the dome. The dome, especially with its octagonal shape, distributes evenly across the opened space the interior sound, creating a harmonious acoustic environment. The dome's windows provide light from all the directions, allowing natural light to enter the interior. Furthermore, this light sequence creates nice caustics on the interior walls of the pool space, an environment that prompts to a watery heaven. This is the "Mega-Mansion Zima", one of my latest residential conceptual design projects. My design philosophy stems from the cosmic church design found in European cities lots of years ago, and it brings innovation to the luxury real estate sector. It brings innovation because of specific design features that I incorporate in my designs. These are: - The domes, which I position on the terrace and usually at the center of the building. The domes have the ability to create an etheric acoustic environment, especially if the space below is not covered so that the ground floor and upper floors can communicate seamlessly. - The towers (with spires), which I usually position by the sides of the Grand Portico (the main entrace), and on the edges. The towers usually have a certain height (15-25m), and act as spiritual design features reaching the cosmos. - The opened or semi-opened indoor pools, that are placed in the central axis of the ground floor usually, and interracting with the dome, so that the sound waves can be smoothened, avoiding echoes and noise. - The Grand Portico (main entrance), that most of times follows the Neoclassical rythm with Corinthian-style columns. I design this feature usually with the Golden Ratio (Phi), which is found primarily in Parthenon, Athens. It's all about Sacred Geometry that creates profound balance, harmony and coherence. And combined with energy-efficient systems, renewable-energy systems, AI Smart-Home integrated systems and high-quality construction materials, this is the next-gen residential design. Proudly presenting the interior design of the living room of my newest architectural design project, the "Mansion Dominus Spires". Glam blue velvet sofas and armchairs together with the Baroque-style fireplace compose an aristocratic place to congregate. The piano spot is positioned in the living room with the purpose of transforming the space in to evenings full of music, good wine and joy. The windows, ceiling mouldings and ornaments are designed to follow the general Victorian and Gothic style of the mansion, while the royal blue color on the walls preserve an aristocratic tone. Our architects ancestors taught us that designing spaces with intricate details, followed by geometrical design and Feng-Shui principles, is the way how our creative vessel wants to naturally and abundantly express Itself. Details in the design indicate the emotional maturity and spiritual progress of the designer, the real estate company and the client, who're responsible to bring such beauty to life. Our ancestors paved the way on how abundantly we should live our lives.
