Πρόσφατα είχαμε τη χαρά να ολοκληρώσουμε 3 Στρατηγικά Πλάνα, για new store model, σε τρεις διαφορετικές αλυσίδες λιανικής που είναι σε φάση επέκτασης. Τα δυο πιο εντυπωσιακά σημεία: 1/ Οι ανταγωνιστές σας μπορούν να …σας βοηθήσουν - στο βαθμό ομως που «τους διαβάζετε» σωστά: Τα ανταγωνιστικά σε εσάς καταστήματα και το τι νέο λανσάρουν αποτελεί χρήσιμη παρατήρηση, αλλά ως ένα σημείο μόνο. Αντίθετα, τα best practices στον ανταγωνισμό, δηλαδή οι πολύτιμες βιωματικές εμπειρίες που προσφέρουν στους πελάτες τους, είτε σκόπιμα είτε … κατά τύχη, αποτελούν γόνιμο έδαφος, γιατί αναδεικνύουν ανάγκες των πελατών σας κι ευκαιρίες για τη νέα στρατηγική σας. Μην ξεχνάμε, αρκετές φορές τα καλύτερα έχουν γίνει κατά τύχη.. το πού θα τοποθετηθεί το ταμείο ή το ψυγείο με τα αναψυκτικά, το αν μπαίνοντας σε ένα κατάστημα καφέ θα δω τους μπαρίστα στο δεξί μου χέρι ή στο αριστερό, λέει πολλά για το cross-selling, το feeling ή για το πόση ώρα θα επιδιώξω να μείνω μέσα… 2/ Η δημιουργία new buying situations και η αύξηση της μέσης απόδειξης δεν γίνεται τυχαία! Οι ανάγκες του πελάτη είναι πολύ περισσότερες από αυτές που μπορεί να μας πει η κατηγορία μας με την έως τώρα πορεία της, και από αυτά που μπορεί να μας πει ο ίδιος ο πελάτης. Το ζωντανό σημείο πώλησης κρύβει μεγάλη δύναμη, σε μια εποχή που ο κόσμος διψά μεν για δικαίωμα στον αυθορμητισμό, κινείται δε (το μάτι και το σώμα του) με τις δυναμικές του scrolling, όπως σκρολάρει ασταμάτητα στο κινητό.. ιδιως αν είναι και έφηβος.. Την ίδια στιγμή, το πώς ενσωματώνεται η τεχνολογία σε ένα φυσικό κατάστημα, διαβάζεται διαφορετικά από τον πελάτη σας, αναλόγως την κατηγορία του καταστήματος: άλλο είναι να πουλάς burgers ή τεχνολογία, άλλο είναι να εμπορεύεσαι μια κατηγορία που θα πρέπει να επιδεικνύει ή τουλάχιστον να υπονοεί «το ανθρώπινο χέρι» για να διεκδικεί premium τιμές στα πολύτιμα προϊόντα της.
