The past week we contributed in the presentation of new technologies at the International Symposium on Chromatography 2024: -Determination of 35 aromatic #aminoacids and their sulphated #metabolites in various biological specimens. New UPLC-MS/MS method that includes 12 new analytes not available commercially 😀 - Determination of Short Chain #FattyAcids (SCFAs) In Human #Feces. New #GCMS method. Both methods are of high importance to gain understanding of host-guest co-metabolism and the human #gutmicrobiome and they were developed in collaboration with the BIOMIC_AUTh lab. #probiotic #guthealth #gutmicrobiome #metabolomics #biomarkers

We are happy to share that Ari Koitsanos joins ThetaBiomarkers to support and lead #biostatistics.
