Secondary education students participate in the “Climate Change & Energy Transition” initiative, where they explore the energy sector and the professional opportunities it offers. At the same time, they are being informed about the energy challenges of the 21st century. From renewable energy sources to the importance of sustainability and energy transition, young people are being inspired to see the world of energy from a new perspective. 👩🏫👨🏫 As part of the initiative, IPTO employees from various specialties take on the role of mentors, sharing their knowledge and experience. They are contributing to the creation of the next generation of professionals in the energy sector, while also fostering environmental awareness among tomorrow's citizens. Students from General and Vocational High Schools participate in the "Unexplored Futures III" initiative and discover unexplored career paths, with the contribution of Dialectica employees, who take on the role of mentors. Groups of students from various schools across different Greek regions, as well as from Piraeus Dialectica's new neighborhood, have the opportunity to: get to know the modern labour market and learn about everyday life in a multinational working environment. The initiative "Profession has no Gender" resumes in the new school year, with a total of 5,638 participants since its launch! Primary and secondary school students are inspired by the example of professionals to pursue the career they want, regardless of gender stereotypes. The first live group session for the 2024-25 school year has been successfully completed, officially marking the beginning of this new journey of experiential learning for all the students who will participate this school year in The Tipping Point's programs and initiatives! 26 students from the Euxinoupoli High School had the opportunity to learn how technology is applied in support of the work of the health sector. The students together with a mentor discussed the challenges faced by health professionals in adopting new technologies, telemedicine and access to health care, as well as the contribution of artificial intelligence in the diagnosis and prevention of diseases. The need for students to understand the origin of their stress and explore ways to manage it is highlighted every school year. Today at The Tipping Point we celebrate World Mental Health Day by looking back at the 3,840 precious minutes of discussions on #stressmanagement that took place between students and mentors in the 2023-24 school year.  According to data collected by the organization, students who are informed about managing mental health issues experience less anxiety about choosing their future careers.
