SSV is an application that supports safe navigation by sharing the status and information of managed ships with the shore. The newly added functionalities in Smart Ship Viewer include: • A dashboard with a new GUI • Better security through two-factor authentication • VDR-data playback • Cloud data playback • Alert history • Navigation alerts • Weather monitoring In addition, a mobile application called ‘Sail Assist' is now available. This is a smartphone application that can be used on board the ship.
