Account Executive

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Business Development:

• Engage and create a business development relationship with accountants in Crete
• Dive into meaningful discussions to understand their unique needs and challenges
• Generate sales leads from those relationships, drawn from the accountants’ customer base

Lead Engagement:

• Engage with qualified leads who have shown interest in Wrapp's solution.
• Showcase Wrapp's groundbreaking solutions with personalized, persuasive product
• demonstrations.
• Emphasize how our technology addresses the specific accounting and compliance needs of Greek SMEs.

Objection Handling and Negotiation:

• Navigate lead concerns with a customer-centric approach, showcasing our commitment to understanding and addressing their needs.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and propel leads through the sales pipeline with precision, keeping an unwavering focus on conversion.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to valued client.

Closing Deals:

• Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by efficiently and effectively closing deals.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate robust post-sale relationships, reflecting Wrapp's commitment to client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional Wrapp services, showcasing our dedication to providing comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven success in closing deals within the SaaS industry, preferably in financial management solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of the Greek SME market, with a strong focus on equity and compliance.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Results-driven with a passion for delivering value to clients.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Based out of Chania or Heraklion, Crete
