We are currently looking for a EU Project Coordinator to join our M Energy Customer Solutions Division in our Paianias Offices.

 

By joining this role, you'll become the pivotal EU Project Coordinator, overseeing diverse activities crucial for achieving program objectives. Your expertise in EU-funded programs and strong project management skills will be instrumental in ensuring project success.

 

Your role will encompass:

  • Monitoring the overall progress and deliverables of EU projects.
  • Preparing and writing comprehensive technical reports to meet EU standards and requirements.
  • Cooperating regularly with project partners, stakeholders, and policymakers at both national and EU levels.
  • Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Contributing to the preparation and editing of deliverable reports within EU-funded programmes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
  • Actively supporting and participating in project meetings, webinars, workshops, and other related events.
  • Assisting in organizing and facilitating these events to promote project goals and outcomes.

 

What you bring to the role:

  • Hold a University degree in engineering, energy, economics, environment or sustainable energy management.
  • 1+ years of professional experience in a similar position managing electrical or electromechanical projects.
  • Understanding of the Energy/Renewables sectors at national, EU, and global levels.
  • Knowledge or professional experience in the management/coordination of EU-funded projects.
  • Experience in coordinating and managing external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of EU funding programs and opportunities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is a must.
  • Flexible: available to travel when required and able to work in a small team.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, autonomous and independent in completing tasks, with good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
  • Basic electrical knowledge (switchboards, fuses, cables).
