Senior Financial Controller

We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our Energy Generation, Customer Solutions, Integrated Supply & Trading Finance team.

Your role will encompass:

• Oversees the recording of all company revenues and expenses according to cost centers.
• Prepares and monitors the budget and financial reports.
• Supervises and presents contract management (contract costs).
• Participates in financial projects as directed by the Finance Department.
• Prepares monthly and financial reports (PNL, Rolling Forecast, Gaps, Variance) in accordance with company standards.
• Conducts sales and cost analysis.
• Participates in the design of business plans and the company's long-term financial strategy and policy.
• Collaborates with all relevant company departments to ensure timely and accurate provision of necessary data for project completion.
• Analyzes financial data and provides relevant information to management.

What you will bring to the role:

• Academic background including a bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant field
• Over 6 years of experience in relevant role, ideally in a service provider companies
• Proficient in creating financial statements.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook, and SAP (preferred).
• Fluent in Greek and English, with the ability to explain specialized concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Advanced understanding of IFRS, revenue recognition, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• Experienced in IFRS technical analysis, calculations, accounting entries, and preparing timely financial statements.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member. 
• Completed military obligations (where applicable).
