To support youngsters in pursuing their careers, we hosted an informative session for students at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong on enhancing their job hunting success.   During this engaging talk, students discovered how to build their own brand to maximise opportunities in a competitive market. They gained insight into decoding the application and interview process, and explored careers that align with their personalities and aspirations.   We are dedicated to nurturing young talent and equipping them with the tools they need to excel in their careers. To introduce O+O Retail and enhance students' understanding of the business world, we welcomed Co-op@CUHK to our office for a visit.   In addition to a comprehensive company overview, representatives from DataLab and eLab demonstrated how we use data and AI to drive our business, along with our investments in our website and mobile app to enhance customer experiences. Two interns shared their valuable experiences in the co-op programme at AS Watson.   After the presentations, we organised an office tour and networking session, allowing students to explore our workspace and engage with our managers for deeper insights.
