Working on omics? cell atlas? Here’s more about 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐕𝐢𝐚 - an all-in-one large-scale spatiotemporal multiomics analytical tool! 🗺️ We analyzed the Zebrafish Embryogenesis Spatiotemporal Transcriptomic Atlas (*ZESTA - a study by BGI Group) with 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐕𝐢𝐚 to showcase its ability to integrate spatial coordinates and gene expression, together with time-series data, for intuitive cartographic analysis temporal trajectory AND spatial habitats (using the #AtlasView of 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐕𝐢𝐚) 🧬 An interesting finding: We found that #StaVia can map out the germ layer differentiation in zebrafish's first 24 hours using only Stereo-seq data—no scRNA-seq needed for clustering or trajectory inference - a good demo showing how 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐕𝐢𝐚 can flexibly optimize the analysis!
