CALC is pleased to announce that the Group has successfully secured a US$400 million warehouse facility for financing our modern next-generation orderbook, refinance existing aircraft and bolstering other growth initiatives. It marks the first warehouse facility closed by an Asian-based lessor since 2015. We extend deepest gratitude to our financial partners BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, MUFG and Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking, who served as mandated lead arrangers and to the legal professionals at Milbank LLP and A&O Shearman. “The deal significantly enhances CALC’s flexibility in pursuing future fleet expansions and growth opportunities, including ABS issuances and long-term strategic objectives,” commented Guohui LI, CFO of CALC. On October 5th, the #CALC team from the Hong Kong office took a delightful break from their busy schedules💻 to immerse themselves in the art of Japanese-style Kokedama🌱. This traditional technique involves creating moss-covered soil balls to grow plants. During the Urban Oasis DIY Kokedama Workshop organized by WWF-Hong Kong, the team also gained valuable insights into local plant species🌳.
