"The classic Italian hobbies: cooking, eating and drinking well, watching football on TV, spending time with family and friends, and walking in our beautiful Alps. Oh, and I really love music (especially rock, but not only) and going to concerts." What motivates you in life? "What motivates me the most in life is creating something good and lasting over time, leaving a positive mark. I also love being a mentor, sharing my knowledge and experience with younger people. That’s what really drives me!" What’s your favorite quote? “My motto is "be better than yesterday," and it's something I truly believe in. Even small and simple changes, as long as they’re constant and steady, will make a big difference in the end." What scares you? "I guess the idea of getting stuck in life, not growing or learning anymore, is something that scares me. I always want to keep moving forward, even in small ways." Tell us something we don’t know about you. "Something you might not know about me is that I’m amazing at making Risotto! Seriously, when it comes to it, I have no rivals!"
