💡𝗨𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀💡 This Wednesday, our Chairman of the Board, Chan-yau Chong, took the stage at the ULI Hong Kong Conference to share his insights on how diversity and inclusion fuel organizational success. His key message encouraged companies to be more conscious when screening candidates by focusing on “𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨, 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨.” 💪 This powerful reminder deeply resonated with participants, sparking meaningful conversations about the potential of diverse talents to drive change and success. We were also inspired by thought leaders like Claude Touikan of Lead8, Luye YANG of Darchi Architects, and Mathew Gollop of ConnectedGroup, who shared how their organizations are building more inclusive and impactful workplaces.
