Just wrapped up a very insightful #WEF25 conference in Davos with my team! Meetings with stakeholders, corporates, and global leaders were extremely fruitful, and I'm so proud of the incredible work that our #TeamHKEX has accomplished over the past week. Though it's been a great week in Davos, I'm looking forward to coming back to Hong Kong to usher in the Year of the Snake. I feel reinvigorated and full of ideas to further collaborate with the global community! #HKEXinDavos

A very fruitful year at the World Economic Forum in Davos for #TeamHKEX. I'm energised by the breadth and diversity of our conversations — and it has been a rewarding experience learning others' perspectives on issues that matter, especially on sustainability, the state of the financial markets, and, yes, even geopolitics! My sincere thanks to the many brilliant TeamHKEX colleagues — with us on the ground and those back in Hong Kong — who made this week possible, with so many positive meetings and engagements. Your invaluable contributions truly embody the spirit of Davos. With the new insights gained from this WEF conference, we will return to Hong Kong ready to advance the city's capital markets further and strengthen our position as an IFC. And of course, with the Lunar New Year upon us, I'd like to wish everyone a happy and prosperous Year of the Snake! 🐍🧧

#HKEX is set to be Asia’s first exchange to offer Single Stock Leveraged and Inverse Products, following today’s announcement by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) permitting these new securities in Hong Kong.   The Single Stock L&I Products will provide exposure to selected mega-cap stocks, giving investors a new tool to capture opportunities and manage risks.
