The Klook Kiosk is now open at the Tourist Rest Area (TRA) in San Jose, Camarines Sur, Philippines! 🎊 This marks a major milestone in our collaboration with the Department of Tourism - Philippines, as we unveil the first of many Klook Kiosks to be stationed across the country. Our kiosks offer visitors exclusive deals, access to the Philippine Experience Program (PEP) Tours, and an introduction to the Klook platform for new users. A huge thank you to Secretary Christina Garcia-Frasco, Congressman Arnulf Bryan Fuentebella, Mayor Jerold Peña, Undersecretary Ferdinand Jumapao, ACOO Gregory Oller, Director Glenn Albert M. Ocampo, Regional Director Herby B. Aguas and all the local government officials for their presence and support at the event. It's always a treat when our Klookers from all over the globe get together. Spread across different time zones, catching up in person can be tough. But when they do? 𝘌𝘱𝘪𝘤 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘯. 💫 Our EMEA Supply team — 40+ Klookers of 15 nationalities — just wrapped up their 5-day summit in our Kuala Lumpur office. Their objective was clear: to strengthen our Supply capabilities in EMEA and accelerate progress toward our mission — 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬. With support from our India Marketing, Global Pricing, People & Culture, and Tours & Attractions teams, they dove into a whirlwind of activities. Think brainstorming, knowledge sharing, Q&As, and strategic discussions. Customer-centric design thinking. Marketing strategies. Teamwork efficiency. Input metrics. Cross-cultural communication. They covered it all. With a mindset shift, they concluded with myriad action points to further amplify our supply strength. Beyond work discussions, they built meaningful connections too.
