#OnTheList China had an incredible 2 days teambuilding adventure at the Moganshan! Our OTListers dove into activities designed to boost teamwork, communication, and camaraderie. We kicked off the event with a lively bus ride from the office, and upon arrival, the delicious lunch at the hotel had everyone buzzing with excitement for the thrilling activities ahead. After a productive 2-hour strategy session, where everyone engaged in meaningful discussions and collaborated on innovative ideas. The team enjoyed the camping BBQ party, filling the air with laughter and delicious food—an ideal way to strengthen our team spirit. The next day the team went to the Discovery Exploration Base for high ropes courses and ground obstacle challenges. This team building event was about more than just enhancing our bonds; it was about creating unforgettable memories! A huge thank you to our OTListers for your enthusiasm and support—your engagement made this event a roaring success! What do you get when you mix a talented team, a room full of yarn, and a whole lot of creativity? The answer: a fun team building activity for the #OnTheList Hong Kong Team! On August 9th, the gang traded in their laptops and calendars for tufting guns and design inspiration. Led by a skilled instructor, who guided them step-by-step as they each designed and crafted their own one-of-a-kind tufted pieces. From abstract patterns to playful shapes, each person put their own unique spin on their tufted masterpieces. There was concentration, there was collaboration, and there was definitely some healthy competition to see who could create the most eye-catching design! 🎨 Team building activities like this are an important part of the OnTheList culture. This workshop was all about bonding, laughing, and getting to know each other better. The team may be a powerhouse at work, but turns out they're also a bunch of secretly talented crafters! #OnTheList #Teambuilding

On 20 June, #OnTheListSG had the chance to celebrate our commitment to #sustainability.   On the occasion of the "3 Days to Reuse, Reduce, Recycle" event organised by the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (FCCS) and with the kind support and participation of Caeli Eco, we organized a talk centered around sustainable materials and practices in fashion and the weight one could have by adopting these behaviours.   This was followed by lively conversations around the goal of the event, the power every individual holds in making an impact in the way they purchase, wear, and fix garments, and the privileged relationship OnTheList strives to maintain with its members and partners.   We concluded the event with a mending and alteration workshop conducted by Chloé Lamorlette, which as an opportunity for every participant to learn the ropes of stitching to extend the lives of their wardrobes and reduce the amount of garments that go to landfills.   #OnTheList #Sustainability #FCCD #ReduceReuseRecycle #Mending #Alteration
