Did you still remember your first internship experience? Krystal, a very dedicated girl, studies as Year 4 in Marketing in City University of Hong Kong, joined our first summer internship program specializing in Marketing. Krystal joined us 2 years ago as part-time store ambassador, her commitment and strong can-do attitude made her become one of the stars in our team. In the 3-months program, this is what she has achieved: 1) Engaged 15+ influencers in Taiwan in preparation of new market entrance, total reach 300k+ 2) Managed the entire campaign shooting for MOViE MOViE, from model casting, site selection, run down, props recommendation, etc. 3) Developed a market activation proposal for a new brand from Poland. Not to mention the daily routine like social media posts and other content build up. Her role on above is not supporting but part of the core team. We have built a very high level of trust because of her dedication. Sometimes as an older Gen we will naturally get into a habit of judging our younger generation of not being proactive and having little commitment, but most of the cases probably it’s us building a comfort zone ourselves and not giving a platform for them to shine. The key innovation lies in the highly mobile modular fixtures, each module can be flipped into different angles while not being fixed on the ground, it enables an impressive array of numerous visual merchandising combinations. This unparalleled flexibility empowers us to effortlessly adapt and transforms the setup of our popup stores, delivering a dynamic shopping experience like no other. Working with an architectural studio located on the other side of the world has been an exciting challenge.
