    Spize Cartel was born from a fiery passion for flavor, an unyielding desire to challenge conventions, and a belief in the power of food to bring people together. This is the culinary shake-up you've been craving. Introducing the crunchy drizzle chili oil – a flavor revolution that hits different. Forget grandma's secrets; this spicy sidekick will hit your palette with more vibes than your last TikTok dance. We had so much fun creating the brand for Spize Cartel, not to mention taste testing their delicious and deceptively spicy chili oil! Co-founders Joe and Rob wanted something different that would jump out from the shelves and spoke to a generation of foodies eager to reconnect with their roots through the love of food. The identity we created for them is fun, bold, and unexpected. A conversation starter that looks good just as much as it tastes good.     Located at the foothills of Mt Batukaru, Nadi Nature Resort is your sanctuary to rest, discover, and be nourished by nature. Nadi is ‘pulse’ in Hindu. Nadi represents the heart of a community and ecosystem. We helped Nadi founders Aishah and Punit create an identity inspired by the marigold flower, a flower of symbolic in Hindu culture that represents the powerful strength of the sun and the light that lives inside of a person.. The flower plays a significant role on their permaculture farm, as it repels pests while enriching the soil. A spacious eco-resort of 4 tented villas, each tent is situated amongst the lush jungle ravine with views of waterfalls, mountains, and rice paddy fields.  Nadi Farm Cafe overlooks rice fields and jungle ravines. Attached is their permaculture farm that grows and supplies the fruits, vegetables and herbs for guests to enjoy.     Beams Collective gives a daily boost of energy, immunity, beauty and cognitive functions. And on top of that, their capsules are 100% biodegradable. It’s coffee that not only tastes good, but also does good. The challenge: This innovative coffee brand had a great product but struggled to tell their story and expand beyond this category. They were juggling many ideas at once, spending on social media with no clear direction, and unsure what their primary focus should be. Clarity Brews Success: We helped reposition their brand by looking beyond the category of coffee and into functional drinks. Adaptogens became the hero, not just another ingredient. Sustainability, initially a part of their core messaging, became secondary after we realised it isn’t top of consumers’ minds. Empowered to Explore: With a new focused brand DNA, the possibilities became endless. They're now confidently developing new products in the health category, securing partnerships with major retailers across Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.     Minimis believes that skincare should be approached with ease, and should be good for our health and our planet. Created to fit into your everyday skincare routine to add an extra boost of powerful nutrients. The challenge: Their messaging of “clean skincare” struggled to resonate with customers and stand out in the market. Our positioning research found that consumers didn’t understand what “clean skincare” is. It’s vague and unconvincing. Many consumers felt that “clean” meant the products were too gentle and ineffective. Moved from “clean” to “efficacy driven”: We identified that consumers are actually looking for targeted treatment. Minimis needed to get more specific about what results the products can deliver. We encouraged the founders to revisit the process they went through of formulating the products. What did they want each product to do? What benefits did each ingredient bring? The answers were always there, just buried under the need to say they are a “clean skincare brand”. We repositioned the brand to talk about gentle yet powerful results that can become part of a sustainable skincare routine.
