ProPosition, presente con Carola Villafranca Soissons e Anna Trabucco, ringrazia di essere stata invitata a festeggiare il ventennale dell'Università di Scienze Gastronomiche. Sono state riunite oltre 300 aziende dell’industria alimentare italiana, 12 rettori dei più importanti atenei italiani, docenti universitari, studenti, alumni ed esperti. Si è parlato del futuro del cibo e soprattutto di educazione alimentare toccando cultura, innovazione, passione e responsabilità verso un futuro più sostenibile. Carlo Petrini, fondatore di Slow Food e presidente dell’ateneo pollentino, ha messo in evidenza che: “La sfida dei prossimi anni sarà quella di superare le divisioni, di lavorare sulla condivisione e la cooperazione. Se non andiamo oltre la logica della competitività, se non consideriamo il settore alimentare come un bene comune, non saremo in grado di affrontare questo lungo periodo di transizione”.
