今年參加了「真實工作場境體驗 （WXP）」計劃的學生之一浩泓直言，在參加 WXP 之前，他只能從電視劇的情節中想像「職場」，而且都是較為負面的：氣氛高壓、同事冷淡、工作苦悶等。我們大人尚且明白，電視劇只是搞笑而已，但對於沒有工作經驗的年青人來說，像浩泓一樣願意踏出第一步參加為期一個月的工作體驗，並勇於享受過程，甚至在一班同事中以經驗最淺的身份發表自己的意見，令我們十分驕傲。同時，我們亦十分感謝一眾願意提供工作體驗機會的公司，讓中學生擁有他們獨一無二的人生第一次職場體驗，澄清他們對於「職場」的概念，更成就他們畢生難忘的回憶。 💚 🎉 #WorkplaceExperienceProgram #真實工作場境體驗 #futureproofouryouths https://lnkd.in/gnvg3VB7

Celebrating Growth and Gratitude 🎉👩💼👨💼   Celebrating the conclusion of our month-long #WorkplaceExperience program is truly one of the most rewarding moments for us. It's like watching our “kids” grow up at boarding school—seeing how much they've matured in such a short time. We are incredibly grateful to the “schools” and “teachers”—the host companies and supervisors — for their patience, guidance, and for treating our students as capable adults by trusting them with real work tasks.   This year, we're proud to have partnered with 17 enthusiastic host companies, from multinationals to startups, offering opportunities in digital, e-commerce, marketing, user experience, human resources, product development, and more. On their last day, we prepared farewell treats (散水餅) for our students to present to their supervisors as a token of appreciation for their dedication and support over the past month.   Congratulations to our students for dedicating a month of their summer to this meaningful experience! As our CEO Ken Lo mentioned in his speech on the students’ last day of our #WorkplaceExperience program at AS Watson this year, the success of the program wouldn't have been possible without Bocco Chen's team. We are incredibly grateful for AS Watson’s hospitality and professionalism in making our students feel both welcomed and challenged in this one-month immersive experience.   This marks the third year of our partnership with AS Watson in the #WXP program, and each time, the students’ project presentations and personal growth impress us even more. Learning that their work is now being implemented and used by internal users, and will be part of an upcoming campaign, reinforces the incredible creativity and learning ability of our young generation.   Thank you, AS Watson, and congratulations to our students for rising to the challenge and giving their all in this one-month journey!

When we designed our #CloudComputing program, we were initially concerned that the topic might seem too technical and uninteresting to students. To address this, we focused on creating interactive courses that allow students to apply their classroom knowledge to real-life situations. We're incredibly grateful to partner with Alibaba Cloud Global, who not only provides the curriculum framework but also offers a real work environment where students can apply their learning to actual tasks. Special thanks to Vice Principal Chan Wing Tak from Ko Lui Secondary School for his unwavering support in encouraging students to take the class and join our #WorkplaceExperience Program. When we pitch our #WorkplaceExperienceProgram to partners, we're often asked what secondary school students can achieve in a technology company. While we have many ideas, nothing compares to the real success stories from our host companies. 🏢💬 We are incredibly grateful to AlipayHK for giving our students the opportunity to work alongside their #UserExperience team for a whole month. From tasks like screen capturing every app interface to intensive brainstorming sessions and analyzing ideas to enhance the app from a young generation's perspective, our students were fully immersed in meaningful work. 💼💻 Under the guidance of their supervisors, Leon, Mandy, Jamie, and Polly, the students presented solid and well-thought-out work to their school principals. When we launched our cloud computing course in collaboration with Alibaba Cloud Global, we had the privilege of working with Principal Wong Siu Ling of Pui Tak Canossian College. Despite leading an all-girls school, Principal Wong is a staunch advocate for STEAM education.
