On October 29, TWF CEO Fiona Nott spoke at the Embrace a Diverse Community Forum 2024, hosted by the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of The Law Society of Hong Kong. The forum, themed "Beyond Glass Ceilings: Women Leading with Vision," explored challenges and opportunities for women in leadership across various sectors. Alongside distinguished panelists including Rachel Huf, Chief Executive, Hong Kong and General Counsel, Asia Pacific | Barclays, Angela Mak, General Counsel & Corporate Development Director | Hutchison Whampoa , and Dr Pang Yiu-kai, Chairman | Hong Kong Tourism Board and Chairman | Jardine Matheson, Fiona discussed gender-specific barriers, diversity gaps, and strategies to foster inclusive cultures. The event featured remarks from key figures and a panel discussion moderated by Melissa Pang, Past President and Chairperson, Diversity and Inclusion Committee | The Law Society of Hong Kong.
