Wardhaven is delighted to publish the third edition of its “Study of Gender Equality of Listed Companies in Vietnam – Leadership and Performance”. The research analyses the levels of Gender Equality (GE) on the Board of Directors (BoD) and in Key Leadership Positions (KLPs) of Vietnamese listed companies over the 2016 – 2022 period; and also examines the performance of a Gender Equality Model Portfolio (GEMP) consisting of the largest 15 companies with above-average GE and compares their performance to Vietnam’s Principal Index, the VNI over the seven year period. The research outcomes further support our conviction that companies that move towards gender equality at the leadership levels tend to outperform and be more sustainable.
