Minor metals at ultra-high purity level (semiconductor-grade) enable modern #semiconductor technologies from CdTe, InP, InSb, GaAs to GaN. Our team specializes in the production of these semiconductor-grade raw materials. Our team has been very busy producing ultra-high purity polycrystalline cadmium zinc telluride (poly-CZT) and cadmium telluride (poly-CdTe) in the last year for #detector technologies, especially in diagnostic #medicine and homeland security applications.
