Purpose of the Job

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury and Accounting Staff to join our finance team. This position will be responsible for assisting in treasury operations and supporting accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions, including cash inflows and outflows, to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Execute and reconcile cash transactions, including payments, receipts, and intercompany transfers.
• Prepare accurate cash flow forecasts and projections to support effective cash management decisions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of cash management policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards related to treasury operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital and settlement of trading transactions.
• Assist in month-end closing and management report preparation and analysis.
• Assist in statutory audit and tax filing preparation.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Perform bookkeeping on bank transactions, including payments, fund transfers, and other related activities.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of bank-related documents.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury management, accounting, or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, treasury operations, and accounting principles.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
