Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide all-rounded office administrative support including managing daily operations and handling documentation etc.
• Make travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotel reservations for team members
• Act as a backup for the receptionist during absence
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above with minimum one year relevant working experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficient in MS office
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.Experienced candidates with higher priority
