Assistant Accountant (Accounts Receivables / Accounts Payable)

We have been accredited as an authorized employer to train perspective members of the HKICPA.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily account receivables / payable operation including accounting entries, balance maintenance, journal voucher preparation, balance checking
• Responsible in preparing weekly/monthly AR / AP reports and month end closing work
• Perform basic office and administration tasks, including filing, processing mail etc.
• Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Associate Degree or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, previously AR / AP handling experience would be a plus
• Responsible, self-motivated and a good team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including excel and word
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
