We are looking to welcome a talented Assistant Accountant to our team! The Assistant Accountant is mainly responsible for assisting the daily accounting operations related to accounts receivable and payable functions and relevant financial transactions, to support accurate financial reporting for our Group.
You will be working in a multi-skilled team, assisting with a wide range of different tasks for our rapidly expanding F&B group
Responsibilities
Perform daily accounting tasks including AR, AP, fixed assets and inventory
Liaise with internal and external parties on receivable and payable related matters
Assist in handling month end closing reports, audit and tax matters
Other ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
Degree / Higher Diploma in Accounting with 1-3 years relevant experience, preferably from Food and Beverage or retail industry
Well organized with attention to detail
Proficient in MS Excel
Bilingual fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese is a must
Candidates with less experience will be offered as Account Clerk
Immediately available is highly preferred
