Responsibilities:

  • Based in Hong Kong to support the Human Resources & Administration Manager in performing all-round HR and administrative functions for the Group’s China investment property portfolios, including recruitment, C&B administration, tax reporting, employee relations, performance management, procurement & other administrative functions
  • Work closely with local HR teams in annual performance appraisals, salary and bonus reviews, salary benchmark and budgeting
  • Assist in reviewing and formulating staff handbook, company policies & procedures to ensure the compliance with local government regulations
  • Collaborate with local HR teams to coordinate different work groups including training, well-being, sustainability, employer branding, etc.
  • Support on the PRC HRMS maintenance and enhancement
  • Responsible for the development and execution of HR projects
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant experience as a generalist with at least 3 years in supervisory level, preferable exposure to PRC region
  • Sound knowledge in PRC labour law and with solid experience in HRMS implementation
  • Proactive, meticulous and able to follow through
  • Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature, independent and a good team player
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources & Administration Officer
