Qualifications
Assistant Human Resources & Administrative Officer, directly reporting to the Senior Business Resources Officer (SBRO), is responsible for
- Diploma or above, preferable in Human Resources
- At least two (2) years relevant working experience in HR essential and Administration an advantage
- Familiar with Employment Ordinance, Employment (Amendment) Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and all other HR related laws & regulations in Hong Kong
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Knowledge in data processing and manual preparation essential
- Mature in nature, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive mindset to drive changes and achieve continuous improvement
- Proactive, customer focused and business minded
Assistant Human Resources & Administrative Officer, directly reporting to the Senior Business Resources Officer (SBRO), is responsible for
- supporting and assisting in performing a variety of HR services such as compensation and benefits, training, recruitment, performance appraisal, employees’ compensation, employee relations, staff activities, etc.
- managing HR information system such as payroll, leave records, overtime claim reports, manpower reports, etc.
- performing office administration duties such as equipment and premise maintenance, replenishment of office supplies, purchasing, insurance, etc.
- handling outdoor jobs such as documentation delivery / pick up
- handling other CONTINUOUS improvement projects, ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by his/her direct superiors
