At least two (2) years relevant working experience in HR essential and Administration an advantage
Familiar with Employment Ordinance, Employment (Amendment) Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and all other HR related laws & regulations in Hong Kong
Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
Knowledge in data processing and manual preparation essential
Mature in nature, good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive mindset to drive changes and achieve continuous improvement
Proactive, customer focused and business minded
Responsibilities
Assistant Human Resources & Administrative Officer, directly reporting to the Senior Business Resources Officer (SBRO), is responsible for
supporting and assisting in performing a variety of HR services such as compensation and benefits, training, recruitment, performance appraisal, employees’ compensation, employee relations, staff activities, etc.
managing HR information system such as payroll, leave records, overtime claim reports, manpower reports, etc.
performing office administration duties such as equipment and premise maintenance, replenishment of office supplies, purchasing, insurance, etc.
handling outdoor jobs such as documentation delivery / pick up
handling other CONTINUOUS improvement projects, ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by his/her direct superiors
